History of Careerplus Group SA

Founded in 1995, Contaplus has asserted itself as a leading company in sourcing and selecting specialised personnel for the accountancy and management sector. Based on a similar approach, the following companies were launched: Conciliat, active in the recruiting of human resource specialists; William Elliot, in the commercial personnel sector and Umeo in certain domains of the banking sector. Interimplus proposes temporary assignments in the group's activity sectors. In 2011, the group launched Xeetix specialized in the recruitment of personnel qualified in the technical domain of engineering. In collaboration with the faculty of Business and Economics (Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC)) at Lausanne University, the group has launched the company Career World, an agency specialising exclusively in the placing of HEC graduates. The same entrepreneurs have also created the company Scan, which advises its clients on skills management and Serendi, which is charged with assessing personnel and management requirements for huge recruitment projects.
